The combination of the grape varieties and the character, body and perfumes that the different soils, altitudes and microclimates convey to the grapes, give life to Chianti Wine with the Denomination of Controlled and Guaranteed Origin. Its quality has been protected since 1927 by Consorzio Vino Chianti.

The Chianti Classico territory’s capitals are Siena and Florence .The characteristics of the climate, terrains and altitudes, which are unfavorable for most crops, have made Chianti Classico a region that excels in the production of premium wines.

SAN GIMIGNANO
Vernaccia di San Gimignano, was set up in 1972 to ensure the correct management of the appellation Vernaccia di San Gimignano, this being the first Italian wine to achieve DOC (Denomination of Controlled Origin) status, in 1966 and DOCG in 1993. These lands produce pale straw yellow coloured wine with golden highlights and fine and delicate boquet, with fruity and floral scents.
GROSSETO E IL MORELLINO
The production area of Morellino di Scansano covers approximately 65,000 hectares of land in the southwest of the province of Grosseto, the southernmost area of Tuscany. The area covered by the vineyards includes hills and foothills sloping south from the north and the east towards the plain. With this exposure, the area is protected from the cold north winds, and open to the temperate sea breezes.
